Apartments (Airbnb)

  • Miyana Residential Towers. The most convenient choice: the apartments sit in the same complex as the venue, so you can walk through the internal shopping plaza and avoid city traffic. Modern 1- to 3-bedroom units with 24/7 security, gym, pool, and green areas. Good for sharing with other speakers.
  • Plaza Carso and Grand Polanco. A 3 to 5 minute walk along Avenida Ejército Nacional, with pedestrian access to Miyana and Antara. Executive apartments with a full kitchen, workspace, and amenities such as a pool and meeting rooms.

Luxury hotels in Polanco

The Polanco hotel district is a 5 to 10 minute ride via Campos Elíseos and Presidente Masaryk Avenue.

  • Hyatt Regency Mexico City. Across from Chapultepec Park, with well-known Japanese and Mexican restaurants, an executive business center, and event facilities.
  • JW Marriott Hotel Mexico City Polanco. Executive Lounge with panoramic views, a spa, and immediate access to Polanco’s high-end shopping.
  • W Mexico City. A design- and technology-focused concept with spacious city-view suites and an exclusive restaurant. Great for relaxed networking.

Eat, coffee and go out

Getting around

  • On foot (recommended). The Nuevo Polanco area (Miyana, Antara, Carso) is flat, safe and walkable. If you stay in Granada or north Polanco, walking is the best way to avoid rush-hour traffic.
  • Uber / DiDi / Cabify. We recommend Uber, where you can add your credit card to pay. There is a dedicated pick-up and drop-off point for ride-hail apps in the parking/lobby area of Miyana. Request rides from the app instead of hailing taxis on the street.
  • From Polanco hotels. Hotels in the Polanco district are 5 to 10 minutes from the venue by ride-hail, depending on traffic. Leave extra time around rush hour.

Practical tips

  • Book early and choose free-cancellation rates when possible.
  • Ask your hotel for a corporate or event rate.
  • Some hotels offer corporate billing. Confirm with the property if you need an invoice (factura) for your company.
  • Save the venue address in your phone (Miyana, Tower A) and carry your confirmation. Ride-hail drivers will appreciate having the address in Spanish.
